at cozyhomies, every piece is made-to-order. nothing sits in a warehouse waiting — we stitch each item only after you order it, so you get something fresh, not something that's been on a shelf for a year.

production time
2–5 business days for every order. this is when we're cutting, sewing, embroidering, pressing.

shipping time (after production)

tees — made in our local workshops, shipped from near you

· uk: 4–6 business days
· canada: 5–8 business days
· eu & rest of world: 6–10 business days

pjs & sleep sets — stitched in our overseas workshop and shipped worldwide
· us: 6–10 business days
· uk: 8–12 business days
· canada: 9–13 business days
· eu & rest of world: 9–14 business days

a soft buffer
please allow 2–6 extra days for things outside our control — customs, postal slowdowns, the occasional grumpy weather day.

calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

tracking
a tracking link is emailed the moment your order ships. if it hasn't arrived, peek in spam first 🐚

customs & duties
international orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties. these are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices.

lost or very late?
if your order is more than 5 business days late (us) or 8 business days late (international) past the latest window above, write to us at hello@shopcozyhomies.com and we'll sort it.

a note on measurement
all our pieces are measured by hand, so allow a 1–3 cm variance from the size chart on each product page.
