Every Cozy Homies product is made to order, just for you. Because of this, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
Damaged or defective items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund — no fuss, no hassle.
To process your claim, please send us:
- Your order number
- A photo of the issue
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them. After that, production may have already begun and we may be unable to cancel. Please contact us as soon as possible.
