A little heads-up before you scroll: every Cozyhomies piece is made just for you when you order β€” slowly, in small batches, by people who really care. That changes a few things about how we ship, return, and look after you. Here's everything in one cosy place. 🐚

Q1. Are your pieces really made-to-order?
Yes, every single one. Nothing sits on a shelf waiting β€” when your order lands in our little inbox, that's when your tee or pjs start their journey: printed, stitched, folded, and sent just for you. It's slower than fast fashion on purpose, and we think you'll feel the difference.

Q2. How long until my order ships?
Every piece is made-to-order, so there are two parts: production, then shipping.

Production: 2–5 business days.

Shipping (after production):
Β· tees (made in our local workshops): us 3–5 Β· uk 4–6 Β· canada 5–8 Β· eu & rest of world 6–10 business days
Β· pjs & sleep sets (stitched in our overseas workshop): us 6–10 Β· uk 8–12 Β· canada 9–13 Β· eu & rest of world 9–14 business days

Please allow 2–6 extra days for things outside our control (customs, postal slowdowns). We'll send a tracking link the moment your order is on its way.

Q3. Where do you ship?
Pretty much everywhere we can. UK, US, Europe, and lots more β€” shipping costs and timings show up at checkout once you pop in your address. If your country isn't showing, send us a quick note and we'll see what we can do.

Q4. What about customs or import fees?
For orders shipping outside our home country, customs or import duties may sometimes be charged by your local post β€” these are set by your country, not by us, and they're the buyer's responsibility. We're so sorry we can't cover these; we wish we could.

Q5. Can I return something if I change my mind?
This is the one thing we have to be honest about: because every piece is made just for you when you order, we can't accept returns for change-of-mind, wrong size, or "it didn't feel quite right." Nothing is pre-made, so there's nowhere for it to go. We know that's a big ask of trust β€” which is why we've made the next answer for you.

Q6. Then how do I make sure I pick the right size?
We've got you. Every product page has a size chart with measurements in cms and inches, plus a fit note telling you whether it runs oversized, true to size, or relaxed. Because everything is sewn fresh by hand, please allow a small natural variance of around 1–3 cm from the chart β€” that's normal for garment-dyed cotton and not a defect. If you're between sizes or unsure, please email us at hello@shopcozyhomies.com before ordering β€” we'd genuinely rather help you pick than have you end up with the wrong fit.

Q7. What if my order arrives damaged, misprinted, or just… not right?
Then please tell us straight away β€” we'll absolutely make it right. Email hello@shopcozyhomies.com within 30 days of delivery with a few clear photos of the issue (the item itself plus the packaging label) and your order number, and we'll sort a free replacement or a refund. You won't need to post the item back. No drama, promise.

A small note on prints and embroidery: tiny placement variations (within about half an inch) and gentle colour differences from screen to fabric are part of the handmade nature of made-to-order pieces, not defects. Anything beyond that β€” wrong design, missing stitches, holes, stains, the wrong item β€” is on us, and we'll replace it.

Q8. What if my order is lost or really late?
If your tracking has gone quiet or your parcel hasn't arrived in the estimated window, drop us an email and we'll chase it. For orders that are clearly lost in transit (more than 5 business days late within the US, or 8 business days late internationally, beyond the carrier's estimate), we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Q9. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If you catch it within a couple of hours, almost always yes β€” just email us quickly. After that, your piece may already be in production (made just for you, remember), and at that point we sadly can't pull it back. So please double-check your size, colour, and address before you hit pay.

Q10. How should I look after my pieces so they last?
Gently. Cold wash, inside out, with similar colours, and air-dry where you can. Skip the bleach and the tumble dryer's hottest setting β€” prints, embroidery, and garment-dyed cotton all like a quiet life. Iron low if needed, never directly on the print or stitch. Q11. Do you restock sold-out items or run new drops?
Yes β€” we work in small seasonal drops (the Coastal one is our first 🐚) and a few favourites do come back. The kindest way to know first is to follow us on Instagram @cozyhomies or join our newsletter at the bottom of the page. We never spam, just whisper.

Q12. I'd love to collab / feature you / wholesale β€” how?
